Hello, and welcome to Persist!
I’m a licensed Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania. I hold a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University. I also earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Shippensburg University.

I specialize in working with individuals 14 years and older navigate the complexities of eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and a myriad of other mental health challenges. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and a range of other modalities so treatment can be tailored to meet each person’s unique needs and experiences.
Persist is named for my core value: that meaningful change is nurtured and sustained through perseverance. It is in everyday actions that get us closer to our goals. Psychological healing doesn’t always require dramatic breakthroughs—it often happens in small, consistent actions that move us toward our goals. I believe that persistence is akin to hope, and hope is what keeps us going. My role as your clinician is to hold onto hope for you, until you can embrace it yourself. The intrepidness and resiliency of people is inspiring, and being a psychologist provides me the honor of supporting and caring for the people in my community.

I am especially passionate about helping women who struggle with disordered eating and body image concerns feel more at peace with themselves and build confidence in who they are. I believe in each person’s innate capacity for self-understanding and change. My approach to therapy is grounded in deep respect for your story—how you’ve gotten this far, what’s no longer working, and what growth can look like.

My philosophy emphasizes quality over quantity. I value deep, meaningful processing over surface-level conversation. Together, we’ll explore what brought you here, untangle what’s holding you back, and take tangible steps toward a life that aligns with your values and personal power.

I wish you all the best—and I believe in your ability to persist.
